Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions during the equipment selection stage.

Send the material name and source, clear photos or a short video, maximum piece or chip dimensions, loose bulk density if known, residual liquid or contamination, normal and peak quantity, and working hours. Add the desired bale or briquette requirements, loading and collection method, site electrical supply and available space. State which information is estimated so the technical review can identify what still needs confirmation.
Distinguish material generated per day or shift from the tonnes or kilograms that must be processed during actual operating hours. Include peak arrival rates, breaks, loading and finished-product collection. Tell us whether the target applies to the main machine alone or the complete line. Final output and its acceptance conditions should be agreed for the selected material, model and working arrangement.
A project review can assess feeding and discharge methods, available footprint and headroom, electrical supply, cooling, handling equipment and connections to adjacent machines. Provide a layout drawing, relevant interface dimensions and site access constraints. Customization is subject to technical feasibility and the agreed supply scope; it should not be assumed to include civil work, external equipment or every automation option.
Check the exact equipment and options, material assumptions, output and finished-product requirements, electrical and layout interfaces, testing or acceptance method, installation responsibilities, documentation, training and support scope. Ask for the proposed commercial terms, delivery arrangements, warranty and spare-parts provision in writing. Those project-specific commitments are not established by a general website FAQ or an illustrative customer case.
