Product Range
The specifications below illustrate selection criteria. Final configurations must be confirmed through material testing and formal technical proposals.
Compacts loose scrap steel, metal offcuts, cans and similar materials into dense bales.
Reinforced frame and hydraulic system for higher throughput and complex scrap materials.
Compact design for reducing the volume of aluminum, copper, steel and other metal chips.
Designed for continuous operation and integration with shredders, conveyors and storage hoppers.
Pre-treats long sections and oversized scrap to improve downstream baling and furnace charging.
Note: Product descriptions on this website are general information and do not constitute a final technical commitment. Pressure, power, bale size, throughput and other specifications must be confirmed for the actual material and requirements.

Product FAQ
These answers explain the first technical decisions. Final values and scope are confirmed in the formal proposal.
Start with the physical material, not machine pressure alone. Balers form packages from suitable loose scrap; briquetting presses compact prepared machining chips; shears reduce suitable oversized pieces. Identify alloy, maximum dimensions, thickness, loose bulk density, contamination and residual liquid, then define the finished package and handling route. Some applications need preparation and feeding equipment as well as the main machine.
Agree on the material and operating conditions before comparing figures. Review the normal and peak feed rate, loading time, machine cycle, discharge and collection, operator availability and planned working hours. Where a trial is agreed, record input condition, finished bale or briquette weight and net operating time. A force rating or a series capacity range does not establish the sustained output of a particular configuration.
Check whether pieces fit the selected chamber and feeding method. Long or tangled chips may need size reduction; oversized scrap may need cutting; excess liquid and foreign material may require separate handling. Keep grades separate when the receiving recycler requires it. Batteries, sealed or pressurized items and hazardous residues must not enter an ordinary scrap-processing route. Suitability and preparation must be confirmed for the actual material.
Match the hopper, conveyors, lifting equipment, main machine and finished-product collection as one process. Confirm inlet and discharge heights, usable buffer capacity, control signals, stop and fault behavior, safe access and maintenance clearances. Review whether any stage limits the required throughput. Automation scope, electrical supply, cooling and acceptance checks must be defined in the project proposal rather than assumed from the machine illustration.
